The Two Bob Band were a small, local blues and rock outfit from the Brighton area, whose members—including Len, Bob and Chris —were members of the Dylan generation
They met in pubs, clubs, and smarter venues, and their followers followed along. Tracks we knew, and tracks we didn’t.

The Two Bob Band were never about chasing fame or trying to look young. They were musicians who had spent decades listening to the songs they loved and finally—or perhaps simply continuing to—play them in their own way. Their performances captured the spirit of a local bands: friends getting together, turning up the volume and sharing music with an audience. In that sense, Two Bob Band were a reminder that the passion for blues, rock and songwriting never really goes out of fashion.
